"I went to the top of an escarpment along a river valley. Sitting on a grassy knoll, I was immediately attracted to a tall spruce tree half way down the valley - and when I asked, I found that it was quite delighted to teach me from a distance! I really enjoyed tuning into it and sensing its attractions...and it was when I got gravity as one of its attractions then I stopped doubting that communication was happening - because I know that didn't come from me!!! I could really feel its life force, its breathing, and its perfect alignment with the space and energy around it.
I began to understand a tree as a masterful being in how it anchors in space and grows into it with perfect harmony. I have always wondered how a branch knows where to branch...and today I got my answer...how cool. What the tree taught me is to stand tall, to make sure I am always well-rooted into the earth, to receive fully from my environment and attractions around me, to know that time is illusion....there is always enough time, there is never a need to rush....and that by being at the absolute command of time I can know how to grow harmoniously into the spaces I occupy.
I can tune in and communicate very well with a nature being without being in physical contact with it and my attractions always have something important/useful to teach me! There is a constant flow of giving and receiving of intelligence in nature and I feel "home" when I allow myself to step into nature's matrix of NIAL.Being outside in nature is where I feel truly alive and nurtured by life. The expansiveness of the western foothills feeds my soul"
Hello,
My experience with Tree was very similar to yours. The feeling of being rooted in the Earth was so strong and so wonderful. I could feel Tree drawing all that it needed from the Earth and feel that nourishment fill me too. It seemed a slow but constant and perfect filling - taught me patience and also that even when growth is not immediately visible - it's still happening.
There was also the sense of expansion - did you feel that? That the branches and limbs of Tree were reaching up into the Universe and that the combination of being rooted, patiently growing, and actively stretching were the lesson.
Somehow, just being in sight of a tree increases me.
Luv, K
